Who We Are

Familicious is a hospitality company established in 2020. Because of the political and economic unrest, the creators of Familicious, the Alexanian family, left Lebanon. The Greek people, culture, and country captured their hearts. Familicious began in Greece with a single apartment and has since expanded to offer both local and foreign visitors top-notch hospitality services.

Every visitor to Familicious is treated like a part of the family. Our top focus is your pleasure, and we want you to feel as at ease as possible. We chose the homes with great care and consideration, taking into account the neighborhood’s features and location as though a family member would reside there.

Policies:

SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms; corridors and all areas of the apartmentղ

PET POLICY:
Unfortunately, now our apartments are unfit to host your furry friends.

APARTMENT PAYMENT POLICY:
We accept all forms of payments, such as credit cards, cash, check (for local) or a transfer/deposit to a bank account.

A month of rent deposit is required for all renters, and rent payment is collected at the beginning of each month.

COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT:
We wish to continuously improve the services we provides to our guests. Effective complaint handling is fundamental to providing quality services and is an essential mechanism for customer feedback to identify weaknesses in policies and processes.
